Enjoy a leisurely lunch on the estate, explore the historic manor house and gardens, and partake in a guided wine tasting of celebrated vintages once favoured by Napoleon Bonaparte and praised by Jane Austen.

After breakfast, depart for Stellenbosch, South Africa’s second-oldest town, famed for oak-lined streets, Cape Dutch architecture, and over 300 years of winemaking heritage along the Stellenbosch Wine Route.

Begin at Spier Wine Farm, a historic estate where sustainability, art, and wine converge. Enjoy a guided wine tasting followed by a relaxed walk through vineyards, landscaped gardens, and outdoor art installations along the Eerste River. For those seeking something different, an optional Segway vineyard tour offers a unique perspective.

Continue to Stellenbosch town centre for a guided stroll past key historical landmarks, shaded avenues, and charming architecture. Begin at Babylonstoren, one of the Cape’s oldest and most picturesque farms at the foot of Simonsberg.
